Covid-19 Response Statement

Cleanliness has always been held at the highest possible standards across all of our venues.  Our primary priority is the health and wellbeing of the surrounding community, staff and guests.

Taking into account COVID-19, a new set of rules has been implemented to our already existing high standard of hygiene.  Rest assured, we are doing all that we can to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Our staff have all been trained in safety measures, hygiene standards and social distancing rules. Aligning with the expert’s advice and government restrictions, we are ensuring that we are safe and responsible to ensure the wellbeing of our customers.

Heightened Hygiene practices:
Laminated menus cleaned after every use or disposable menus.
Single use napkins and table cloths.
Electronic payment method is encouraged.
Sanitisers throughout the restaurant.
Professional daily deep cleans.
High touch areas of the restaurant cleaned regularly throughout services.
In-between services the restaurant is sanitised.

Restaurant space reconfigured
Abiding to the 50 people maximum with 4m2 space for each patron.
Ensuring 1.5m between tables at minimum.
No shared utensils or condiments.
Signage displayed throughout the restaurant.

Conditions of Entry
If a staff, supplier or guest is displaying COVID-19 symptoms they are denied entry to the restaurant.
A daily log with name and numbers is kept containing supplies, guests and staff who have entered the premises on that day.
